Construction Act 1996 requires all contract terms to be in writing or evidenced in writing

In All Metal Roofing v Kamm Properties Ltd [2010] EWHC 2670 (TCC), Akenhead J held that the parties' contract was in writing or evidenced in writing under section 107(2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Construction Act 1996). As such, the adjudicator had jurisdiction and his decision was enforced.
