New Rules of Measurement in JCT contracts

In August 2012, the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) published an update to its building contracts, taking account of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) New Rules of Measurement (NRM). The JCT recommended using the NRM from 1 January 2013. We have adopted this approach in our relevant schedules of amendments.
