In Bell Building Projects Ltd v Carfin Developments Ltd [2010] ScotSC 19, the Scottish Sheriff's Court held that the second adjudicator had jurisdiction to hear the dispute referred to him as it was not the same dispute as that considered by the first adjudicator.
