Adjudicator answers correct question so decision enforced

In Urang Commercial Ltd v Century Investments Ltd and another [2011] EWHC 1561 (TCC), Edwards-Stuart J in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) decided that, in two separate adjudications, the adjudicator had asked himself the correct question, even though he answered it wrongly. The adjudicator did not breach the rules of natural justice and his decisions were enforced.
