Adjudication standard documents updated to comply with Construction Act 1996 (as amended)

PLC Construction's suite of adjudication standard documents, written by Paul Flook, associate director at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, has been updated to provide alternative drafting for construction contracts that will be entered into after the amendments to the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Construction Act 1996) come into force on 1 October 2011 in England and Wales (and 1 November in Scotland):
