Practical Law UK Practice Note 2-508-2971 (Approx. 6 pages)

JCT Public Sector Supplement, 2011 edition

The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) Public Sector Supplement 2011 was intended to help public sector employers use a JCT building contract to meet the government's fair payment principles, to allow for transparency and freedom of information requests, and to encourage use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) protocols.
The 2016 editions of the JCT's key contracts incorporate the JCT Public Sector Supplement's wording, so we have amended and no longer maintain this note.
