A note on the key changes made to the JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2005 edition, Revision 2 2009 (IC05), by the JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2011 edition (IC11).
The IC11 series of JCT contracts used to be known as the IFC editions.
We no longer maintain this note. The JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2011 edition was superseded by the JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2016 edition in December 2016.
