A legal update on GPS Marine Contractors Ltd v Ringway Infrastructure Services Ltd [2010] EWHC 283, where the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) declined to enforce an adjudicator's decision on a summary judgment application, but held that the adjudicator's decision had not been obtained by fraud and the adjudicator had not breached the rules of natural justice.
