On 22 January 2013, The Offers to Settle in Civil Proceedings Order 2013 (SI 2013/93) was laid before Parliament. The Order is made under section 55 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 and it relates to Lord Justice Jackson's proposed reform to Part 36.
