Leave granted for appeal to Supreme Court in mesothelioma employer liability insurance "trigger" litigation

The legal press reported on 9 November 2010 that leave has been granted to appeal to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal in Durham v Bai (Run Off) Ltd (in scheme of arrangement) [2010] EWCA Civ 1096 (8 October 2010), commonly known as the Employers' Liability Insurance "Trigger" Litigation.
