National Infrastructure Plans 2010-2014: construction, environment and property implications

The government's National Infrastructure Plans of 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014 (NIP 2010, NIP 2011, NIP 2013 and NIP 2014) set out a vision for the ongoing delivery of infrastructure improvements in the UK.
This note is no longer maintained, as all previous national infrastructure plans were superseded by the National Infrastructure Delivery Plan 2016-21, which was published in March 2016 (see Legal update, National Infrastructure Delivery Plan 2016-21 published).
