Six-year limitation period on claims for damages under section 2(1) of the Misrepresentation Act 1967 (High Court)

In Green v Eadie and others [2011] EWHC B24 (Ch) (18 November 2011), the court considered the limitation period for a misrepresentation claim under section 2(1) of the Misrepresentation Act 1967 and, separately, the date on which the cause of action accrued.
Note: Leave to appeal this decision has been refused (see Green v Eadie and others [2012] EWCA Civ 762).
