Scottish Court of Session ruling on suspension of tender procedure

On 16 January 2012, the Scottish Court of Session handed down a ruling granting NHS 24 an interim order under Regulation 47(10) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006, bringing to an end the prohibition on NHS 24 from entering into a contract under a tender procedure (Clinical Solutions International Limited v NHS 24 and Capgemini UK plc [2012] ScotCS CSOH_10).
