A clause dealing with payment, suspension and adjudication in a professional appointment or other construction contract, to comply with Part II of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Construction Act 1996), as amended by Part 8 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (LDEDC Act 2009).
We no longer maintain this clause. We continue to maintain Standard documents, Professional appointment and Professional consultant's letter of appointment, which include payment, suspension and adjudication clauses.
