Updated practice notes on professional appointments

PLC Construction has reviewed and updated its suite of 25 practice notes on professional appointments.

The notes provide practical guidance on every important aspect of a professional appointment, allowing practitioners to understand a professional consultant's role and negotiate contract wording. They include references to the major standard forms of professional appointment in use today, while also complementing PLC Construction's standard forms of professional appointment, collateral warranty and schedule of third party rights.
