Adjudicator did not breach rules of natural justice but partial stay of execution granted

Edwards-Stuart J in the Technology and Construction Court has held in NAP Anglia Ltd v Sun-Land Development Co Ltd [2011] EWHC 2846 (TCC) that the adjudicator did not breach the rules of natural justice, but ordered a partial stay of execution of the judgment sum due to the claimant's financial position. The judgment also includes some interesting observations on solicitors' witness statements and unpaginated court bundles.
