In Pihl UK Ltd v Ramboll UK Ltd [2012] ScotCS CSOH 139, Lord Malcolm in the Outer House of the Court of Session held that the adjudicator's reasons for his decision were adequate. The adjudicator did not breach the rules of natural justice and his decision was enforced.
